Glow is a set of several themes, containing 8 variations: Cinder (grey); Fire (red); Flower (pink); Grass (green); Ice (silver blue); Lava (darker orange); Sand (orange); and Water (blue).
To install themes first place your download in Homefolder, Then go into System-Preferences- Appearance. Then click install theme and then double click on your theme and then you got your theme
