To Convert ISO to DMG file for Mac OS with MagicISO, Please do the following steps.
1. Run MagicISO
2. Click
to open ISO file.
3. Click
to open "Properties" dialogs.
4. Uncheck all CD File System other than Apple HFS+
5. Check "Apple HFS+"
6. Click OK
7. Click
to save as to DMG file. Or click 
to burn to CD/DVD without saving.
