I found this game in Softpedia, and according to the site Counter Strike 1.6 is a MOD for Half-Life that is set in team-play mode. Also stated that it is a Steam installer, you must have a valid copy of Counter Strike or Half-Life. If you don’t have it you can get it via Steam. Please read the system requirements before you install CS 1.6
